360 Auto did a great thorough job fixing my AC. This was my second time using them and Frank handles each Customers vehicle like he’s fixing his own. Everything was explained and communicated very clearly via phone and follow up email with the diagnosis, pictures of the things that needed fixed or replaced and a very detailed estimate. No auto mechanic labor or parts come cheap, but Frank found the most cost effective way to do the work to provide the highest quality and value. He saved me money without compromising quality. The work was done quickly after I gave the approval to move forward. I will only be bringing my car to 360 Auto from now on. They stand behind the work they do and the estimates they give to the Customer. I would highly recommend Frank and 360 Auto!! ~ Sean G

This place is a boon! I went there to have some scratches removed from my brand new car. I’m a perfectionist and always seek flawless service while also being very cost-conscious. And that’s exactly what this shop delivers. Frank treated my car like a baby and never looked for an excuse to overcharge me. He actually put in a lot of effort to remove the scratches without needing to repainting which would have cost 2.5 times more. He was also consistently informative and transparent about my options and their respective costs. So, this place just gained a loyal customer. Had severe hail damage to my large SUV. Contacted Frank at 360 and my vehicle was in the shop within 72 hours. Frank and his staff kept in constant communication throughout the duration of the process, communicating with insurance and rental car companies on my behalf. I received updates almost weekly on the status, and never had a question go unanswered. Upon receipt of my vehicle, Frank personally delivered it and walked me around the completely detailed and immaculately cleaned vehicle. It was spotless, and to have that attention to detail was second to none. Frank and his team also stated that if I noticed something not right, due to the amount of work, to let them know immediately and they would take care of it. The customer service was first class, the experience was first class, and the work was first class. This company lives up to their word and does things the right way. Was referred to Frank and his team over at 360 auto group and could not have been happier with the service! From day 1, Frank made sure that my repairs were done with precision. Frank worked with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of and that corners were not cut. Only took about 3 weeks from the initial estimate to me having my vehicle back. We took our F350 in because of a water leak. Frank was awesome and very knowledgeable. They sent photos to show exactly what they found (ended up being a busted water pump), along with the full estimate for parts & labor. Best part was they were able to get right on it so we were not down a vehicle. We recently purchased a car for our daughter. We took it to 360 Auto to get the exterior cleaned up, had the headlight restoration done, full detail on the inside. We can't say enough good things about the work Frank and his team do over there. They are thorough, prompt and fair. The walked us through each step of the process and sent pictures along the way. I had some minor rock chip damage to the hood of my car and he helped with an insurance recommendation that I didn't know about and I only paid my deductible. 360 Auto Group is amazing! I had significant damage from a hail storm and was on a waiting list for several months at Caliber Collision. I reached out to 360 and he did an inspection and estimate for free, submitted everything to insurance for me, and also coordinated all follow ups they had. During the repair process they kept me updated and were very responsive to any questions I had. My car is done now and I still haven’t heard from Caliber. So happy this place recently opened near Westinghouse and AW Grimes. Its a very convenient location. I took my mercedes in after a fender bender. Frank, the owner was so nice and responsive to all my questions. I was nervous about taking my mercedes there but there was no need for me to worry about anything. After the deluge of rain on 5/6/25, I found that my car had leaked into the car. I took it to two places before I found 360 Auto. They could not solve the problem of reconnecting and clearing the runoff hoses. But 360 got it done in about 3 hours and the cost was what the estimated. Friendly folks and knowledgeable! This Auto repair shop is indeed the kist helpful and stress free shop in Georgetown. Aside from the staff that are so helpful, kind, and patient they leave your car brand new.
